RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Thrashed collective does not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or change your mind. Please ensure you select the correct items as most of our items are made to order. Sizing charts are located on the website.
Thrashed collective offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you have a damaged/faulty item, please email us at info@thrashedcollective.com with your full name and order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty clothing. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item.
thrashed collective will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you.
